Questions to Ponder:
Do you think meditation is important? Why or why not? Be
honest.
Is there anything you found interesting?
Do you think these things will apply to your life? If so
how?
I find that when I meditate on Gods words in a day the rest
of the day goes better. Why? Because when we have God honoring thoughts we feel
better and the day feels more complete.
Are you thinking God honoring thoughts?
If so keep going strong and humbly before his throne. If
not maybe it's something to think and pray about?
How do you build God honoring thoughts?

I think meditating on God's word is very important. A couple weeks ago i was in God's word at least once a day maybe missing a day here or there. I felt great. The more i did it, the more i wanted to do it. The more i enjoyed it. I loved it. Then this last week was one of the busiest weeks I've had in a long time, and i didn't read the Bible almost at all. I am amazed looking back now how different the week felt. I mean yeah nothing too big happened differently. But i felt different and less complete. It is so true, the days that i spend reading the word feel better and i decided that I DO have a better day.
ReplyDeleteVery cool!! When you asked if I thought meditation was good I was caught off guard. I always thought of meditation as evil spirits and buddist monks not healthy mediation. Keep it up!!! Thanx!!
ReplyDeleteglad it made you think. thanks for commenting
ReplyDeleteI also think that meditation is important. When I'm having a hard day it's very encouraging to spend time in God's word. I'll admit, it's hard to find time to read the Bible, but when I do the benefits are amazing.
